Overview
Nora Living is operated by CRESTWOOD ENTERPRISES at 15125 West Rd, Houston, Texas 77095, United States. In these terms, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to this operator.
The store offers English PDF guides, planners, workbooks and challenges for personal organization, habits and productivity.
These terms apply to use of the store and purchases from it. Our Refund Policy, Digital Delivery Policy and Privacy Policy also explain relevant conditions. By placing an order, you agree to the applicable purchase terms. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
Eligibility and use of the store
You must be legally able to enter a purchase contract, or use the store with the appropriate consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information. You may not use fraudulent payment information, impersonate another person, introduce harmful code, interfere with the store or attempt unauthorized access.
Product descriptions and scope
The product page identifies the files, subjects, challenge duration and materials included. Your purchase contains those listed materials.
It does not include a subscription, live course, personal coaching, certification or additional media unless these are expressly described and agreed to.
Bundles may collect guides also sold individually. Their content lists identify the included guides and bonuses. A bundle does not turn an existing individual guide into a new edition.
Orders and customer information
Supply a working email address and accurate billing information. A submission may require payment confirmation or lawful verification before access is provided.
We may decline or cancel an order because of suspected fraud, an unavailable product, a material listing error or a legal restriction. We will notify you where practical and return any payment owed for an order we do not fulfill.
Prices and payments
Prices are displayed in US dollars unless another transaction currency is clearly shown. The checkout identifies the final amount and applicable taxes before payment.
Your bank or payment provider may charge conversion or transaction fees outside our control. Payment methods are those actually offered at checkout; no particular method is guaranteed for every country.
Changes to prices apply to future purchases. We will not impose a higher charge on an existing paid order without your agreement.
Digital purchases are one-time transactions unless a recurring arrangement is clearly disclosed and separately accepted.
Digital delivery and compatibility
Files are supplied electronically following payment confirmation as described in our Digital Delivery Policy.
You need download access and a compatible PDF reader. Printed worksheet use requires your own printer or printing service. Editable PDF fields and access to particular software are included only if expressly listed.
Cancellations and remedies
Our Refund Policy explains how to report non-delivery, an incorrect or defective file, a duplicate charge or materially misdescribed content.
Any statutory cancellation, withdrawal or other remedy remains available when applicable. Simply buying or downloading a file does not automatically waive those rights.
Copyright and personal license
The store’s text, designs, images, brand elements and digital materials belong to us or the relevant rights holders to the extent protected by applicable law.
A purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read the materials, keep a personal copy and print worksheet pages for your own use. It does not transfer copyright or grant resale rights.
You may not resell, sublicense, publicly upload, distribute copies, remove rights notices or present protected content as your own. Separate permission is required for commercial redistribution or reproduction beyond the license.
Lawful exceptions and rights granted by applicable law remain unaffected.
Educational purpose and results
The materials provide general educational information and tools for self-directed use. They are not medical or mental-health treatment, individualized financial advice or legal advice.
Choose and adapt activities to your circumstances. No particular habit, productivity level, clinical improvement or other outcome is guaranteed.
Third-party tools and links
The store may link to or rely on external services, including payment and PDF-reading tools. Their separate terms govern their services.
We do not control independent websites or guarantee their content. This does not remove our responsibility for supplying the digital products we sell.
Feedback and communications
Send questions or suggestions through our contact channels. Do not submit unlawful content, another person’s protected material or unnecessary sensitive information.
We may use feedback to improve the store, but purchasing does not authorize us to publish your private worksheet entries or identify you in a testimonial without an appropriate basis.
Privacy and Shopify
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes information about visits and purchases.
Where Shopify Enhanced Services are enabled, processing may include information about interactions with other merchants and Shopify, and information may be processed in other countries by Shopify and relevant providers.

Errors and website availability
We may correct inaccurate product information, technical errors or outdated details.
If an error materially affects a paid order, we will explain the issue and offer fulfillment on the agreed terms where possible, or the appropriate cancellation or refund.
Website interruptions may occur; they do not remove obligations attached to a purchase.
Warranties and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not give additional implied warranties beyond those required by law or expressly included in an offer. We do not guarantee uninterrupted site access or personal results from the materials.
Where legally permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or materials, and our liability for a claim concerning a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any non-excludable consumer guarantee or remedy.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict site or account access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity, fraud or serious breaches of these terms.
Any action affecting paid content must respect your contract and applicable law. Ending access does not erase an existing refund obligation or grant permission to redistribute the materials.
Severability and agreement
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. A failure to enforce one provision does not waive it.
These terms and the applicable product offer and store policies describe the purchase agreement. Mandatory law takes precedence over any conflicting term.
Governing law and disputes
To the extent a choice of law is permitted, these terms are governed by Texas law and applicable United States federal law.
This does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings available under the law of their place of residence.
Contact alisaalsharif020535@outlook.com to raise a concern. Doing so does not require you to waive access to a court, regulator or payment-provider remedy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future use and purchases and revise the date above.
An update does not retroactively reduce rights attached to an existing purchase. Additional notice or agreement will be provided where required.
