Nora Living offers downloadable ebooks, workbooks, planners and self-directed challenges for personal organization, focus and everyday routines. Our products are digital PDF files, so there is no physical item or return shipment.

Digital purchases and cancellations

We do not offer an additional satisfaction guarantee or a voluntary change-of-mind return period for a usable download that matches its description. This does not affect your statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund or other consumer rights.

If you wish to cancel before receiving access, contact us promptly at alisaalsharif020535@outlook.com. We will check the delivery status and apply any cancellation rights available to you.

A purchase or download does not automatically waive a legal right of withdrawal. Where an exception for immediate digital delivery is permitted, it applies only if all required conditions, including express consent and acknowledgment, have been met.

Missing or incorrect files

Please contact us if:

  • Your delivery email or download link is missing or does not work.

  • The PDF is corrupted, cannot be opened, or is missing content advertised on the product page.

  • You received a different guide, challenge or bundle from the one purchased.

  • The content is materially different from the product description.

  • You believe an order or payment was duplicated.

We will investigate and provide the appropriate remedy, such as restoring access, supplying the correct file or issuing a refund. We will not require a physical return of a digital product.

Tell us about problems as soon as practical; this request does not shorten any legal claim period.

How to request help

Email alisaalsharif020535@outlook.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, the product name and a short explanation.

Screenshots of an error may help, but do not send complete card details, passwords or private information from your completed worksheets.

Refund processing

We will communicate the outcome of your request by email. Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears, and its exchange-rate adjustments may affect the amount shown in your local currency. Mandatory refund deadlines remain applicable.

Where a problem affects part of a bundle, the remedy will reflect the affected content and your applicable rights. Receiving a refund does not authorize redistribution of the files.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes rights relating to non-delivery, faulty or misdescribed digital content, unauthorized charges, or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If mandatory law gives you greater protection, that protection takes precedence.
