Digital Delivery Policy

Last updated: October 2, 2026

Nora Living delivers educational guides, workbooks, planners and challenges electronically. All products covered by this policy are English-language PDF downloads.

We do not ship printed books, stationery or other physical items.

Processing and delivery

After payment is confirmed, digital access is provided through a delivery email sent to the address entered at checkout. The email provides the file or download link for the material described on the product page.

Access is normally released shortly after payment confirmation. A pending payment, verification step or technical interruption may cause a delay.

Keep your order confirmation and use an email account you can access. If your email address was entered incorrectly, contact alisaalsharif020535@outlook.com with the order number so we can verify the purchase and help correct delivery.

Delivery costs and availability

There are no physical shipping fees, tracking numbers or customs clearance for these digital files.

Purchases are available in the countries and regions supported by our active store markets and payment services. The accepted payment methods, transaction currency and any applicable tax are displayed at checkout.

Internet or printing costs charged by your own providers are your responsibility.

Reading and using the files

You need an internet connection to download and a compatible PDF reader on your phone, tablet or computer. Worksheet pages can be printed for personal use.

Unless the product page expressly states otherwise, downloads do not include editable form fields, an app, audio, video, live sessions or individual coaching.

The duration in a challenge title describes the suggested activity schedule. It does not mean the file is delivered one day at a time or that personal outcomes are guaranteed.

Bundles and access

Each bundle lists its included guides and bonus materials. The named guides are the same content as the corresponding individual products, unless a different edition is expressly identified.

Please review the contents before purchasing if you already own a guide.

Save a personal copy after downloading. A purchase does not promise lifetime file hosting, replacement of files you lose indefinitely or free future editions unless the offer expressly states this.

Any access terms stated at purchase and applicable consumer rights remain binding.

Delivery assistance

Check your spam, junk and promotions folders if the delivery email is missing.

If access still does not work, email alisaalsharif020535@outlook.com with your order number and a description of the problem.

We will help supply the purchased material or apply the appropriate remedy under our Refund Policy and applicable law. No physical return is required.
